Unless considered unenforceable or unlawful:

• All implied warranties relative to any product sold by Crawley Distributing Inc. to the customer, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for particular purposes are hereby excluded.
• Crawley Distributing's liability, if any to our customers, for any allegedly defective product, shall, under any legal or equitable theory be limited to replacement of the product and shall in no event include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
