DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please do not accept it until the UPS driver makes note of the damage.

  • Please inspect the contents of the package, with the driver present, keeping all packing material, boxes and etc. assuring that all products are in the package and are in good sellable condition.
  • If any of the contents are missing or damaged please contact your local UPS office for proper procedures on UPS damage claims.
  • DO NOT return freight damaged goods without a UPS inspection of the package and it’s contents.  Claims without a UPS inspection will not be honored.
